PLEASE NOTE:- Becoming a new or renewing member DOES NOT mean that you are able to use the track unsupervised during club sessions. Use of the track is limited to athletes of the coaches listed on our Training Organisation Plan. If you have any queries regarding this, please contact me here.

If you are in, or about to join our Development Group, please note the following. Our Development Group caters for athletes from 10 years old until they reach the end of school year 9. We will then endeavour to find a suitable coach within the Club to place the athlete with to continue their athletic development. Please note that there may be occasions where this is not possible. In these instances we will liaise with the athletes parent / guardian to offer advice and possible alternative solutions.

Subscriptions are due on 1^st January 2026 with the Club’s Membership Year running from the 1^st January to the 31^st December. All subscriptions listed below include the athlete registration fee payable to England Athletics for which the athlete will receive a licence enabling them to compete. When you become a member of or renew your membership with Cannock & Stafford AC you will automatically be registered as a member of England Athletics. We will provide England Athletics with your personal data which they will use to enable access to an online portal for you (called myPortal). England Athletics will contact you to invite you to sign into and update your MyAthletics portal (which, amongst other things, allows you to set and amend your privacy settings). If you have any questions about the continuing privacy of your personal data when it is shared with England Athletics, please contact dataprotection@englandathletics.org

Membership Fees are:

A discount of £10 is applicable to the above rates if paid in full by midnight on 31st January 2026.

For new members joining on or after 1^st August 2026, the following Membership Fees are applicable to cover the period until 31^st December 2026

For new members joining on or after 1^st October 2026, the Membership Fee is £25 per person to cover the period until 31^st December 2026.

Cases of financial hardship will be considered on an individual basis. Please apply by letter to the Membership Secretary.
