Frays (W35 LJ) all winning their events. Graham Maddox
picked up a silver (M85 100m) |

Midland Senior League - PROMOTION
Congratulations to
our Senior League team who gained promotion to Division 1 of the
Midland Senior League on Saturday and to our mixed 4x400 team of
Mia Wainwright, Craig Carr, Natalie Griffiths and John Kirby who
broke the club record in the meeting at Stoke

World Masters Championships - Daegu
Vici Browning represented Great Britain in the World Masters
Championships taking place in South Korea and qualified for the
W50 800m final where she finished eighth. Well done Vici!

Masters 3000m International
Darrell Wilde ran
a 3000m PB of 9:54.82 to finish 3rd in the M55 race in the Masters 3000m International of the
season at Deeside Athletics Stadium, Connah Quay on Friday.
Chris Hollinshead also finished 3rd in his M60 race in 10:34.63. |

National Relay
Championships
We had five teams
taking part in the National Relay Championships at Alexander
Stadium on Sunday. Our Senior Women's 4x400m relay team took a
brilliant silver whilst beating the 35 year old club record for
the event in the process.
